Hello all:

My dad gave me his old Dell Axim X3. It's great but he couldn't find the install software, so I can't work on my PC with it Synced up, is ActiveSync all I need? Where would I find such software? As far as I can tell, Dell's support site doesn't have the install software available for download. Thanks for anyone's help!

You can get ActiveSync here. You would also need Outlook (not free) if you want to sync calendar, contacts, email, etc.

He may be talking about the driver for the computer to recognize the X3, I'm not totally sure though as I do not have an X3.

well, dell's site is a bit weird.

try this link:

which should get you any drivers or updates you need for your x3.
