Using activesync 4.1 The computer recognizes the device and activesync attempts to connect but that is as far as it will go. It says "connecting" until it timesout (about 5 minutes). Any ideas? i have had it working on this computer before...so no idea why it is not working now. Please help.

same problem recently encountered. help needed!

I have the same problem, it is a USB install issue. To bad I don't have Bluetooth, that is your best bet I believe if we have the same issue.

Mine too!!! It only works after i reinstalled active sync and hard reset my dell axim. but when i hook it up a second time.. nothing appears. active sync doesnt even start. my computer just detects a hardware.. argh. what's wrong?
