Problem: I have 3.8 at home and 3.7 at work. The IT department won't upgrade to 3.8, but my Axim reports an error because of the older version on my work desktop.

Is there any way round this, or do I have to downgrade my Axim?

If so will it stiil work at home? I'm loathe to go backwards unless there is no other solution. Worried about all the set ups etc.

Put the same version at home as you have at work. I have teh same issue at work too and it is best to wait for them to give you the OK for the upgrade.

There's a pop up error box with the title: "Incompatible Version". In the box it says:
"An incompatible version of Microsoft ActiveSync software has been detected. Synchronisation has been disabled. Upgrade ActiveSync on your desktop computer and reconnect"
