(NASCAR #6, #9 FAN) I currently own an x51v running Windows Mobile 5. When I create a recurring task, and mark it as completed on my Axim, it is "check marked" as "completed" and moves to the next day. However, when I then sync the Axim with Outlook on my PC at night, the task is regenerated/duplicated (on both the Axim and Outlook) and reappears on the current day as though I never marked it as completed! To get rid of the task, I must then check it off as completed a second time, and it finally stays marked as "completed".

I called Dell tech support, and they were no help. (Why am I not surprised?) I strongly suspect this is an ActiveSync issue that duplicates recurring tasks. Does anyone else have this problem? If so, have you found a way to fix it?

Yes to same problem (X30H), and no to finding a fix. Irritating isn't it!

Interesting that you are having the same problem. Frustrating? Yes! But I haven't given up. I'll keep beating on Dell and/or Microsoft until I get an answer. (They don't know me very well yet, but they will!) :approve:
