ActiveSync Why has it taken so long for this category?

ActiveSync keeps turning on once wifi is turned on
This problem is on my mom's X51 med. I unchecked everything (i.e. connect when plugged in USB)...

It only happended when I downloaded one program via ActiveSync. Is it possible it never synced properly? I resetted quite a few times. What happens is when the wifi is turn on, you just see the spinning working animation and it never stops... Then when I check the running programs, ActiveSync is all of sudden running.
