Attention Required: code 86000209 Critical error

For the past week or so, I've been getting the following error on Active Synch:
Active Synch
"Attention required - Support code 86000209. " "A critical error has occurred. The next time you sync, you will lose changes made since your last successful synch."

Please help me trouble shoot this, or point me to an appropriate post: Note that...

1. I seem to be running Active Synch 4.1 build 4841.
2. I found the setting for turning on Logging and I turned on the detailed log. However, I can't find the log. Where is it?
3. It seems to be related to Outlook synch...other things are synching (Avant go). As it happens, I also synchronize Outlook with something else...so probably things are out of synch...maybe I just need to do an original synch...However, I don't know how to do that.
4. The Dell support site isn't working right now.

Synching worked find till a couple of weeks ago.

Thanks!

P.S. I posted this in the hardware forum but I don't know how to delete or link the messages.

I read the other posts and decided NOT to reinstall Outlook. However, I did fix the problem; I'm still not sure what was wrong, but here's how I did it:

1. I did a Detect and Repair from MS Outlook and rebooted
2. I did a soft reset on the axim
3. I changed Active Synch settings to NOT synchronize automatically when I place the Axim in the cradle.
4. I backed up my Outlook data
5. Under Active Sync/Options/Settings I unchecked everything I could.
6. Starting with Notes, followed by Contacts. Calendar, Tasks and finally email (with the least amt. of data) added back the Outlook components to synchronize.

The reason for #3, is I thought that maybe a corruption could happen if the Axim decided to synch at the moment I closed Outlook. Anyway, it's fixed for now.
