Am currently running AS 3.8 but getting a new phone that runs windows mobile 5 and will have the upgrade to AS 4.1

Had no problems going from 3.8 to 4.1 and now 4.2 Beta. My X50v sinks every time with no problems.....ever. After reading through this Forum, I must be doing something wrong. It's just not logical to not have problems with AS is it???

Seriously, you shouldn't have any problems upgrading to 4.1 or 4.2 if you choose.

I've not had any problems. However, if you do some searching, you'll find that there may be some minor setup problems. AS 4.1 uses an IP connection to sync. On some systems the network connection is not setup properly or gets hosed by a firewall. I'm sorry I cannot point you to a specific post.

I'm using 4.1 with my x50v (2003) at work... no problems at all
