Active sync issue driving me nuts!! Ideas? Help!

Hi,
I had a profile from my home PC & a work pc profile with Outlook Server settings where I used to be able to sync up to my work calander, tasks, Outlook, etc &be happy.
In doing something, I screwed something up went back to a backup, am able to sync at home again & cannot now sync at all at work...

It starts to sync & just sits there syncing away, no error, no progress..
I have deleted & recreated the profile several times & suspect if I go to a new/different pc I'd have no problem creating a new profile & syncing away

I just installed a new PPC app & put the Axim in the cradle & the app installed correctly so it is "talking" in that manner & I can explore the PDA via the PC's "MyComputer"...

Sorry, but I have no clue as to what happened. If you have plenty of spare time, you could reformat.

First, however, reinstall Active Sync, and perhaps do a hard reset.

Mine is doing the same thing. No errors, just syncs for hours! I just uninstalled and reinstalled Activsync 4.1 on my computer. How do you fix this? My PDA has basically nothing on it now.
