How do I sync from SD Card

I recently bought a 2 GB SD card. When I moved a folder of my stuff from main memory to the SD card it stopped syncing the files with my PC. I can't figure out how to make activesync update the files stored on my SD card. I searched here but didn't see a thread that addressed this issue.

You would be better off using a card reader to transfer the files. It will be much MUCH faster.

Try Mobsync:

But as jpmarth said, a card reader would be faster, especially for large files.

I am using Mobsync (.9.4) the freeware version, it works pretty well, consistent and fast...too over ActiveSync (as long as you don't disconnect during sync). I see on DooSoft website, there is a newer shareware (Paid) version 1.0.5, but I don't know what are the additional features (in Japanese)
Anyway you can find the documnetation in English here!

In case it wasn't stated clearly...

ActiveSync will only sync files in the My Documents folder that is in main memory. Moving the files to another location (i.e., your SD card) removed them from ActiveSync's control.

Option 1) Move them back.
Option 2) Use a 3rd party sync tool that will sync files in differnt locations.

Good Luck

Yes, Mobsync works with ActiveSync over Bluetooth on WM5

Thanks for your replies. The files are too big for main memroy and I don't have a card reader (yet) so I will try 3rd party, for now.
