Aximsitex3icon Inbox doesn't sync properly

I'm using X30H with Rom A06
MS Outlook Xp 2002 Sp3
and Activesync 4.1.0

I've actually been googling this problem and none of the answers out there works. It also seems like this is a problem that went on into the x50v's for a little bit..
I can't sync up emails with attachments. It always leaves unresolved items in activesynce until I delete the email in Outlook.
I've tried almost everything but a hard reset or going back to Active sync 3.8.
I've screwed with all the options in the pda, sync, and mail. Changed all the conversion settings back and forth. Deleted temp files.
I've upgraded Outlook to Sp3. (I had to anyways, because it wouldn't work with Gmail's servers until I did)
Redid partnerships with activesync.
Defragged my storage card. I have 300+ mb free anyways...
I think that's all I tried... But if anyways knows what else I could do... please respond!

Gave it a hard reset. Restored it with sprite and of course, still had the problem. So I did a hardreset and installed all my apps one by one. FIXED!!!
I'm happy and annoyed. I'm still installing my apps, and I don't really even want to go through all my games.
I saved all my important information, but all my savegame data is gone. Wasn't thinking and most of them don't have them anyways..
So a hardreset did the trick.

That's a bit extreme isn't it but I am now in your position that I have the same problem, a growing reisdue of unresolveable items (how can I see what those item are?) I've done a hard reset and a Sprite restore and it's not changed a thing

All the problems that was on the sprite backups you keep, are just being put back onto it it when you restore.
So you are going to have to use a backup that you made before you started having all the issues. Or do what I did. I haven't found the program that caused it. I've finished installing all the programs that I use. I guess whatever was screwing with my inbox was a trial program that I installed and removed or something.

same problem, always have unresolved items until i delete mails with attachments. I have tried every combination of settings on both active sync and on my ppc. very frustrating. chinn- to see what those items are, just go through your mail in outlook (desktop) and the ones with attachments are the problems. delete or move them to a folder that isn't synced if you want to get rid of the unresolved items

It's not extreme to hard reset, all af your basic system settings can be restored manually before you reinstall anything. Input, font size, power settings etc. Then you can start reinstalling, start with prgrams that want to be in main memory, and go from there with other apps. No matter how much I install and backup, I seem to migrate the bad settings with my most recent backup.. When I do a clean hard resetAx eorks fine
If and when, why can't we pray?

I hope chinn and dull pain haven't been holding their collective breaths waiting for an answer. After 11 months I think my face would be pretty blue.
