ActiveSync Why has it taken so long for this category?

ActiveSync Craziness
Ok first the I had trouble with the add/delet window keeps popping open every time my axim would turn on. Some how I fixed that I don't know how but it is. Now however I can not get the activesync window to open at all. It will show up on the task bar at the bottom of screen telling me that the window is open but no window opens.

What is going on here can anyone help with this VERY weird problem?

Has anyone been able to come to a fix for this problem that I have? I have as of yet been able to figure how to fix it.
