Have you tried Start - Settings - System - Remove Programs, then Soft Reset.

Hot death uno actually just did the same to me. Even after ending all programs with Setting's memory tab, it would still tell me it couldn't uninstall because there where still files in use. It gave me a list with a couple files. File explorer wouldn't let me delete it. So I deleted the files with my pc while it was sync'd.
(activesync's explore tab) went to uninstall it again and BAM! It completely uninstalled with no errors. | ||||||||||
