Hi ..

I think it has to be an possibility to connect an axim x51v with a treveller cradle to an pc (that has no bluetooth or wi-fi) to the USB ..... WITHOUT ..... active sync .. only a small programm on the axim and then u can do a file transfer over the USB cradle ... i think it have to be...

IF U now anything about this .. tell me fast =)

I NEVER use activesync to sync.

What I do, is copy my cab files over to my 8gb microdrive. The only thing I use activesync for is when I need to install a program or game that is an windows XP EXE that must me installed first. I install it, then go to \Program Files\Activesync\ and grab the cab file and copy it over.

HOW DO I COPY IT OVER, you ask?
Bluetooth. Or a CF-USB Adapter that I just put my 8Gb MicroDrive.

I copy over the cabs for storage. I keep all my serials with the cab files which I put into a RAR file.

i know that i can use my sd or cf card .. BUT,, i want to connect the axim over the usb
and then from the desktop sending files to the axim..

and that without MS:AS ,,

like an mp3 player ...

i dont know if its correct but like an usb mass saving device ?

You´ll never regret paying for card export... it is the best program ever. That and a big SD/CF make the perfect combo :approve:

I'm missing something. I went to the site and I still don't see any advantage over a card reader such as zio.
