won't synch

for some reason the active synch box says guest rather that the divices id a-4. have tried to change but can't. HELP. in advance many thanks for your advice.

Make sure you have admin right to the PC. Delete the partnership created on the PC in ActiveSync under the File menu. Soft reset you Axim. Put in the cradle again to have it detected again. Follow the on-screen instructions.
