Well, as discussed in the thread, you either need to switch from WPA to WEP or try ActiveSync 4.5 beta.

iT IS STILL IN bETA FORM, BUT IT WORKS VERY WELL IN KEEPING YOUR CONNECTION WHILE SYNCING.
i HOPE TIS WAS OF SOME HELP.
