Cannot activesync after power on

Initially, when I placed my x51v into the cradle and powered on from a full off, my pc would detect it and activesync would connect.

However, I've installed a lot of stuff on my x51v now, which seems to slow the startup. And so, when I power on, the activesync would fail.

When I pull out the powered-on x51v from the cradle and reinsert it, the activesync connects.

That's why I think the problem is the loadup time.

Is there any way to fix this?

Maybe one of the programs you installed is having a conflict. Try deleting them or do hard reset and re-installing one at a time to see if you still have the problem. I would install the more important software first.
