same name here but I sync with two pc's and had to delete one and put it back to make it work. it did re-sync everything but that only took a few minutes. same with the pc at work,

I'll give it a shot as I've nothing to lose. My darn PDA is not synchronizing anyway and I'm at the verge of doing a hard reset. Somehow, it cannot be detected by my computers. I wonder if anyone has the same problem? In other words, can't detect = no sychronization!

If it still won't connect after loading this try running the troubleshooting tester and after it has run it might tell you what is wrong. Also there is a much more detailed output from the tester by clicking down in the lower left corner on the test when it has run but before you click on 'next'

I agree with DavidTM that the most significant thing about this upgrade are the detailed downgrade instructions!

Then Benefits saying "Improved USB support"

I'm having the same problem. I'm going to upgrade and see how it work.

As with most BETAs, trying, testing and uninstalling is a given.

I installed this. So far it is OK. About the same as the previous version. Here is my one big beef so far. If it finds a difference between the computer's entry and the Axim (say I changed a contact). Then it comes up with a dialogue with the following options "combine them, replace the one on the partable with the one on the computer, ignore." There is no option to replace the one on the computer with the one on the Axim. Usuaully, the info on my Axe is the most up to date, not my computer.
