Using activesync 4.2, x51v. When I click tools-->options, I see a list of contacts, calendar, email, tasks etc with checkboxes next to them so specify whether I want to sync them. Problem is, "notes" has no checkbox next to it, so I can't sync it. My notes are in Main memory. I've tried deleting the partnership. Help.

I assume that you tried to check that box?

try going into setting on axim's activesync and see if you can check it there

there is in fact a checkbox in the axim's activesync and it's checked. But it's greyed out so I can't uncheck it. The other checkboxes, such as contacts, tasks, etc and they are fine.

For some reason, I think you have to have One Note or Office 2003?

yeah, I have office 2003, but not onenote. I was able to sync notes just fine with office 2003 when I had a x50v with 2003se. Can anyone who has office 2003 and axim x51v sync notes?

I can. Since I never had a problem with it, I can't suggest a remedy for you, though.
