I have Axim x51 all tasks except regenerated-type go across from Outlook. I have done test tasks and that is the only difference. The ActiveSynch seems to be working because I hear the tones, but no task appears on the Axim. THANKS!

Maybe remove Tasks from your options in both machines, disconnect and sync again. When this is done, select Tasks as options again, and see what happens. Good luck...
