ActiveSync Why has it taken so long for this category?

List Pro won't unstall.

I'm not sure I'm in the right cagetory since I'm not actually having trouble with Active Sync. I downloaded List Pro last night - desktop version is fine. But it won't
install to my x50v. I emailed customer support and they said it should install automatically after downland and gave me the registration codes to enter when prompted but it never does get to that point. .
So I tried downloading some other trial versions of other programs but they won't install either.
ActiveSync worked okay because Epocrates and Cash Organizer updated fine. Have you ever seen this? I don't know what to do. I'm not a power user and don't download new programs frequently but when I do, I'd like for them to work.

One of these days, I'll remember to get the trial version first.

It really reads as if there is a problem with ActiveSync. I would try soft reset of the PDA and a shutdown/reboot of the PC followed by a reinstall of ListPro.

Try downloading the CAB file from the Ilium website and install that directly. As a sidenote; I had a similar problem with another program that would not install, but when I did a soft reset on the PDA and resynced, it automatically installed. Good Luck...List Pro is Great...stick with it.
