laptop calander not synching

Hello, I'm having problems getting my outlook on the laptop to synch with my Axim.
My Axim is a X51, I use the Axim as my master record, and want to get outlook
on my laptop to see the same calander entry's as the Axim.
Can anybody please help?
Thanks in advance for any help

What have you done so far. Look at the options in ActiveSync, select Calendar and view the oprions, change as you please
If you get dead silence after breaking the speed of sound, would you be in the darkness after passing the speed of light?

Ok I look around and not having a device makes it very difficult. I remember that the Palm offer you the option as you are looking for but not Activesync. I maybe wrong but you probably need to get a third party software to get this going like hotsync does.
