I did a hard reset to restore Widcomm BT from testing MS BT stack A2DP support (horrible!
). Tried to sync with AS4.2 after establishing connection to X51V A12 ROM (06200600). Prior to hard reset, contacts and calendar would sync normally as desired. Under the new connection after the hard reset, only calendar will sync, but no Contact information is syncing on the X51V.
On the PC AS setup screen the Contact & Calendar boxes are checked. On the X51V AS screen, the Contact box is greyed out so selection is not possible.
I've tried everything including deleting device connection many times and re-install of AS4.2 on my PC. Do I need to un-install AS4.2 first and re-install to get rid of any incorrect setting? It seems Outlook 2002 is talking to AS4.2 because calendar info. did get synced. Outlook contact did not though.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
