You need to have ROM A12 installed (maybe A06, too?) in order to see that option.

Incidentally, Microsoft just released the final version of WMDC - it showed up as an update for my Axim on Windows Update, and it no longer says Beta in the background image.

Also, if you don't have that USB to PC setting available to you, you have two options to flash your Axim to A12: Create a new partition and reinstall XP on there, or do it on a friend's XP computer and run the updater - I could not get it to work in Vista past 0%.

Also, search for my post to this forum - I found a program that HTC intended for a different device that should do the same thing as that USB to PC switch. Install that via copying the CAB, which you can do even without syncing by exploring your device, and then run it and change the setting to Serial.
