ActiveSync Why has it taken so long for this category?

ActiveSync 4.2 issue
I've got my new Axim X51v! and directly put the batery in the loader :D When that was finished, I installed ActiveSync and then (after skipping a couple of steps) I slide the pda in the docking station. An error!

When trying to syncronize the pda I get this:


When looking at the main windows of ActiveSync I see this (I can only press explore, but that works fine!I can send and recieve files..):


Now; my question to you.. how can I solve this?!
