Aximsiteactivesyncicon Unresolved item on one system but not the other

Here's a real headscratcher for me...the other day I did a hard reset of my axim to prep for a full reinstallation. Everything was installed just fine and my X51v was synching just fine at work and at home with AS 4.2. For the record I've never had any significant sync problems here or at home for the past year either. However yesterday my axim crashed while at work when it was trying to initiate a synch. I did a soft reset and the system came back fine. However, when I docked it, I started getting "1 unresolved item" in my Windows PC synchronized file folder. Every time I'd remove an item another item would be unable to resolve.
I removed the partnership with the system and removed the sync file folder on my work pc and resetup a new partnership. Same problem. I checked some troubleshooting websites, but no help there. I re-removed the relationship, uninstalled AS 4.2, tried reinstalling AS and the partnership but still same problem.
I then did a hard reset of my axim and restored from a previously working backup. STILL no joy. I took the axim home, and it worked just fine on my home pc after setting up a new sync relationship.
This morning I brought my axim back in, docked it, and same problem. So I'm currently left wondering what in blazes is going on with my work pc. Nothing apparent changed on the system, and it's very strange that a newly created sync folder on my system that gets files copied FROM the axim to it complains about not being able to sync the files from my desktop back to my axim.:realmad:

What's going on here?

Hmmm...I went into a meeting and came back an hour later, and now everything synchronized just fine. That's peculiar...
