Activesync after hard reset

Had an unplanned hard reset on my AX30 and would like to know if anyone has figured out a workaround for re-synching without starting over? I've got a backup that is about a month old but there's lots of work done in the last month that I'd rather not re-enter if possible.

Backup, backup, backup!

Thanks, Dan

The lots of work is lost unless you saved it to BIS or a storage card - the backup will save you the bother of reinstalling applications and so on.

In future, save your files to storage or back up regularly.

Jogga, no argument with backing up regularly and making use of the storage card, but is there some good reason why it is apparently not possible to re-establish an existing relationship after a hard reset?

Ah, you can! Just connect as a guest and then select Restore/Backup from the Tools menu and choose the profile that you want to restore. Follow the on-screen instructions.

A soft reset and you are home & hosed. Make sure that the Regional settings are correct on the Axim before attempting to connect.

Whoa! You have just made my day Jogga. I must have lost that page in the documentation. Will give it a try tonight. Thanks much! Dan
