How do I uninstall Activesync
This might be a question for a Vista support forum, but I'm more likely, I think, to find someone with a similar experience here.
So, throwing caution to the wind, I installed Vista Home Premium on my laptop, replacing XP. I've installed the new WMC and am syncing just great with my X30 in Vista at home and using Activesync in XP at work.
Activesync, of course, does not work in Vista. So, I want to uninstall it ... but when I select remove from add/remove programs in control panel, it tells me activesync does not run in Vista. I have an uninstaller program, but likewise, it cannot uninstall activesync.
Has anyone experienced this and found a solution? (I've seen some instructions for a manual uninstall and may try that if I can't turn up another solution.)
