Unless you have WM6, it's not a big difference. With WM6, it's required.

I had installed the 4.5 and it won't syn my outlook anymore. The fastest way to fix this will be a hard reset of your Axim so that it will sync like a new machine. SInce 4.2 works fine for me so I did a hard reset and then installed back the 4.2 and everything works fine again. I have learn my lesson for "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!" !!!
