I just downloaded AS 4.5 final (had the beta) with the hope that maybe someday soon I'd be able to sync completely with both my home laptop, and my at-work desktop. I say 100% because while I can sync 100% with the ThinkPad at home, when I cradle the Axim here at work, all I can do is sync with outlook and get my calendar and contact info moved back and forth.

Also, while the Axim shows up in the My Computer tree, clicking on the Mobile Device does nothing, and clicking on Explore in the AS window also does nothing. We're on a network here at work, and likewise... at home I'm on a home network. LinkSys routers are used both here and at home.

So is there any way to troubleshoot this non-sync'ing or at least non-100% sync here at work?

Most jobs that allow AS won't really allow "files" that aren't PIM, to move back and fourth.
Anything else is usually sent through email (attachments of: notes. MS Office files, etc).
(But that might not be your case)
