Duplicate birthdays/anniversaries after syncing

I sync my PDA with two PC's, and generally things work really well.

However, I have entered birthdays and anniversaries for some contacts in MS Outlook on the desktop PCs. This creates the series on the calendar.

I often find that I end up with loads of duplicate events on the calendar, due to synchronisation.

Any ideas how to avoid that from happening?

Also google for Outlook Duplicates Remover (freeware) - any problems finding it let me know and I'll email it to you. I had the same problem and it was mostly caused by use of automated Birthdays, New Years day etc - the only solution I found after cleaning Outlook was to manually input them.

be careful with sktool, i used it once and it delete a whole lot more out.
webis toolbox works better.

Check your settings in ActiveSync for each PC. I sync w/ 2 PCs and have that problem sometimes. Usually it happens after AS totally screws up and I have to delete the partnership and re-establish, or if I have to hard reset the Ax. In AS goto options and open up rules. Look at the conflict resolution. I use the Ax to sync between my work and personal PCs. From the work pc, the pc overides the device. From the personal pc, the Ax overides the pc. Usually works.
