Activesync Beta causing hangup?

I have searched this site for an answer and can't find one. I used to sync flawlessly with x51 and Activesync Beta. Now when I sync, I get the sync screen and I have to soft reset. X51 won't turn off, no menu items work... until I reset. Any ideas?

it's no longer a beta, it's 4.5 now...
maybe you need to get it graded?
