Got a new PC - Don't want duplicate calendar items

Hi,

I have an Axim x50 and I run Windows XP with Outlook 2007 connected to an Exchange Server. I do not have a .pst file on my machine. Exchange holds all mailbox information.

I just got a new computer and before I install AS and try to sync for the first time, I would like to avoid duplicate items from being created. When I've gotten a new pc in the past, the first time I connect, it duplicates everything and I have to spend time cleaning up the mess. I'd like to avoid it altogether this time. I have appointments that have changed both on my handheld and on my pc since my last sync, so the sync needs to go both directions.

Any suggestions on the settings I need would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
