Empty calendar after synchronization.

I’ve problem synchronizing Outlook Calendar with Activesync with my work notebook.
I’ve Outlook 2000 SP3, Activesync 4.2 (tried also with 4.5), Axim X51 with WM5.
My Outlook is configured to allow me to read offline my mail, calendar …

When I sync being off line with my outlook from the exchange server, every things OK: mail, calendar … well synchronized.
When I sync being on line (the main part of each day) with my outlook, only mail is synchronize correctly: calendar on the Axim after synchronization is empty. I don’t get any error message.

Can someone help me?
