WHY...does it not sync please help, have searched high and low and found no conclusion to this ?

UPDATE....just is case anyone wants to know, I can now fully sync, everything including notes with contacts, perfectly, fast and a hell of a lot better than the standard sync options within ActiveSync...with the help of a brilliant little program called Pocket Mirror
