This one's a head-scratcher for me, so I hope it's some ridiculously simple that I'm overlooking. I've got a user with an X51v who was apparently able to enable a wireless connection, connect via a PPTP vpn tunnel to our Exchange 2003 SBS server and sync email/contacts and such.

However, in the last few days he has not been able to do this. I can do it without a problem with my X51v. He's got a pretty plain-vanilla setup and he says he hasn't changed anything on his Axim. When he tries to connect to the VPN, there is no "dialing..." dialog that appears. In fact, nothing shows up. Soft-resetting hasn't resloved this issue, and it doesn't matter if he puts in */* or the like in the URL exceptions.
