Sync to SD card, not main memory

Can ActiveSync be configured to sync files from the desktop to a folder on my X50v's SD card, not in main memory? In this case, I would like to have podcast files stored in a folder on my PDA's SDcard, but ActiveSync will only store files from a specificied folder on my desktop in the PDA's main memory. Suggestions welcome.

Try Mobsync or Mightysync, but backup first:

BTW, I'm not sure if these will run on Activesync 4.x

No; active sync can't do it to a SD/CF card; you'd need something like mentioned above.

I used both, but finally settled on MobSync - the latest MightySync version is buggy.

However, MobSync seems to be having problems under Fast User Switching in XP.

I tried both on my X5, but copying files with Active Sync through the Axim is slow.
I wrote a script to read through the directories of downloaded podcasts and copy them to the memory card in my card reader.
So, before I get my morning shower, I click Refresh in iTunes,
then before breakfast I double click the icon for my script and just grab my memory card before I leave.
(more reliable than either of the above - I tried, they fail to complete too often)

Wasn't Matzo Man part of the original Village People line up? There was the cowboy, Indian, policeman and the matzo ball? Right? Welcome to aximsite. I use Mighty Sync 3.0.
