Help ! Unable to Active Sync
Unable to active sync using the cord or the cradle or manually.

The error message I received was "UNABLE TO CONNECT. YOU HAVE NO MODEM ENTRIES CREATED, AND NO NETWORK CARD PRESENT" I was not aware I need either to Active Sync.

Can anyone assist me in re-establishing an "active sync connection"?

Thanks

Have you tried deleting and recreating the partnership, make sure you choose USB, failing that delete and reinstall Active Sync.

fyi cross posting is really not necessary and often frowned upon.

SKiBa, thanks for the fast reply. I will try your suggestions as noted above which includes reinstalling the program if necessary.

However, I am not sure in agreeing with your last statement in that cross posting may be effective, at leat it was for me during this problem.

My original post was two days ago with no response. My last post provided a response within 10 min.

Thanks for your help and suggestion.

Cross posting may be effective in some situations but it is against the forum rules so please refrain from doing it again.

If sKiBa's suggestions don't help, check out Chris De Herrera's Site for some more possible solutions.

BTW, the second post you made in this thread was the third you ever made. Counting the one in the duplicate post means you did not make a post here two days ago that went unanswered.
