Connected Cradle USB Before ActiveSync Was Installed - Help!
One of our salesmen received a new computer. He connected his iPAQ USB cable before he installed ActiveSync on the computer. He now receives error messages when attempting to instal ActiveSync. Any suggestions woudl be appreciated.]

Try Control Panel, System, Hardware (tab), Device manager. If I remember correctly, there will be something listed there for the Mobile Device. Uninstall it, reboot the computer, install ActiveSync and then plug in the cradle.
