Syncing when you have multiple folders /PSTs in Outlook?
Just got a HP 4155 PDA and it seems very cool so far.
However, running active sync is giving me grey hairs.. I have several email accounts / pst files in my outlook, but active sync only syncs from the first one (Exchange). I dont need to sync from all of them but I'd like my notes and contacts sync'ed from one of the other locations instead. Is there a way to do this or maybe use another sync program?

Welcome to iPaqHQ!
Microsoft Activesync will allow syncing of email from more than one folder besides just inbox. To allow syncing to more than one folder besides just inbox, open up activesync on your desktop and click on Options -> Inbox -> Properties. You will see all of you email folders there if you have more than one. As far as Notes and Contacts, Activesync does not support syncing to subfolders for contacts. If this is something that is important to you, you may want to look at Intellisync as it supports syncing to subfolders.

Thanks - great forum!
![]() I think I probably explained myself poorly.. I have an exchange account in my outlook and some PST/imap accounts like this : +Exhange - inbox* - contacts - tasks* - calendar* - notes +PST file - inbox - contacts* - tasks - calendar* - notes* So what I want to do is to sync the folders marked with a * - so just one of each kind but from 'different sources'.
