Hi,
I seem to be having a problem with my shiney h4155. Contacts that I enter on the ppc do now sync with Outlook 2003. Running XP. I'm sure there is some setting that is incorrect but I'll be danged if I can find it. Thanks for any help.

When your device is not connected, open ActiveSync on your PC. Go into Tools>Options>Sync Options. There you will see a list of items that can be synced. Is the Contacts box checked?

If your contacts are in subfolders then ActiveSync will not pick them up. I think IntelliSync resolves this problem. May be someone can confirm this...
