I have ActiveSync 3.7.1 installed and the following setup in Outlook for my Contacts:

+ - Contacts
|
+- Friends & Family
|
+- Work

Whilst sync'ing the Contacts no errors are reported however nothing appears to be transferred to my iPAQ 4150. Note, this issue is only isolated to the Contacts.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this, please...

Activesync will sync Contacts but it does not support subfolders within Contacts. If this is something that you must be able to do I would suggest looking at Intellisync.
