Hello ipaqers,

So happy I bought myself a 2210 with nav software, I am unable to hook it up to my laptop. I have a cradle for recharging, and try to hook up using usb.
My laptop is stand alone with XP pro installed. As I follow the instructions, the active sync symbol keeps running and on the ipaq I stay in the mode no sync. Usb works fine, cause the mouse was connected to it. Cradle gets recognised.
Could you give me some good advise how I get over this?

And since it's XP - ensure that there is no software firewall running.
