Synchronising Sent Items
Hello,
I have a number of HP2210s and synchronise them with desktops pcs running Windows 2000, Outlook 2000 & activsync 3.7. I cannot get the sent items to synchronise with the iPaqs. The option appears in the folder selctions (in fact there is no option to not include the folder) but nothing in the sent items on the desktop pc synchronises with the iPaq. Everything else synchronises ok (Inbox, calendar, contacts, files).

Please can anyone help?

Thank you,
Dom.

Same Issue
Exact same problem, any ideas would be very well received! I have had a number of PPC's and none of them have ever sync'ed the sent items folder, although other folders sync fine

I think you ran into one of those irritating things about Activesync. It is my guess that it wants to keep the sent folders separate. This way you will be able to distinguish what was sent from the PPC and what was sent from the PC.

This is exactly what was told to me by HP software support. Only the items sent from the PPC would show up in it's sent folder.

PS: I have gotten into the habit of copying myself on E Mail that I send out from my PC if I want to see them on my PPC.

Thanks! Seems a bit bizzare to me but I'm sure it makes sense to M$.

Good idea. In some cases it is a good habit anyway.
