Help needed with Bluetooth

Hello

I have IPAQ with Bluetooth (working and tested) and PC with Actyvesync (working using USB and tested) but i don't know what have i to do in order to get ActyveSync working over Bluetooth instead of USB

Maybe worng version of Active Sync problem ?

Maybe imposible ?

I did not see it mentioned, but I assume your PC has a Bluetooth Dongle attached?

Real quick summary:

From the PC you need to enable the Serial service over the BT.

From the PPC you use the wizard and Explore a Bluetooth Device. From there you can discover the serial service and if it's working. Use the wizard's Active Sync option.

Away you go.

One gotcha is that you configure the bluetooth serial service and assign a serial port to it (ie COM4). You need to go into Activesync on the PC and go to the connection settings and tell it that it can use COM4.
Always read stuff that will make you look good if you die in the middle of it.

Nice explanation and to the point. You beat me to the punch while I was out to lunch. That is exactly the way to do it. U da Man.
