I am new to Pocket PCs so please go easy on me as this may be a stupid question.

I have set up my H4150 to sync with my home PC (Outlook calendar, contacts, tasks, etc).

However, if I delete an entry either on the H4150 or on the home PC, when I put the H4150 in the cradle, it syncs the two and adds back the removed items. I dont want this to happen. What I actually want to happen is when I delete an item from either the desktop or the PPC, on the next sync the matching item is deleted from the other device.

How do I do this ?

What your seeking is supposed to be the behavior of Activesync. Atleast that's how it works for me.
