It CANNOT be this bad...
ActiveSync only seems to see my rx3715 ram- the filestore and SD card cannot be accessed. This is really stupid- especially since MediaPlayer 9 can see (and copy to) all three! Is there something I am missing here...

On my iPaq 2215, AS can see everything, including both cards. Can you use regular windows explorer and see eerything? If so, then you should reload AS.
As usual, soft reset your 3715, reboot your PC and give it another try. | ||||

OK,OK, I found it. For anyone else having an off day, this is the situation. 'Mobile device' sits in the file hirachy at the same level as drives on your desktop. Trying to go 'up' just shows these, despite the 'mobile device ACTUALLY being your 'My documents' folder (thanx MS, so sensible...) But, if you open 'Mobile device' you get there...
