Problem w/ 1910 sync

Today I tried to sync my 1910 with my P.C. Most of the stuff including contacts, to do list, were sync-ed. However, notes, excel files, were not. Not only were they not sync-ed, but my updated information in my PDA was deleted and the old information from my pc was put onto my PDA. The net result was that I lost information.
Also, i was told that there were 7 unresolved items. When I tried to resolve them, i was given error messages. I will give the exact message in a followup post.
I would appreciate any help in this matter.

I'm having a similar problem with my 1910. I let it run completely out of power and when I reinstalled activesync and got going again it only syncs Outlook's Inbox and not notes, contacts, calendar, or tasks. It says "attention required" next to those items and when I click "resolve" at the top it says "Items of one or more information types cannot be syncronized. Disconnect and reconnect your device. -- To view all error messages and dialog boxes that require your input you must connect this computer via infrared or serial USB cable." This is while I am connected and it is syncing all other items in my shared folder. Any suggestions?

Hi this is a followup to my original post. The error message that I got was
There was a problem backing up your synchronized file folder, please close all other applications. Then when I clicked on that message, I got this message,
make sure your pda has enough memory, it is not reading the file, and you have permission to copy this file, then I get this message, cannot copy ???. url.
Appreciate any input/advice

See http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;299625 for Microsoft's solution to the problem. Good Luck!
