Problems installing SanDisk & upgrading ActiveSync
I've been unsuccessful installing SanDisk's 256MB + Wi-Fi SD card. So I called their tech support, who tried to get me to upgrade my activesync from 3.7 (build 3083) to 3.7.1. Win XP wouldn't do it for me.
So I went to add/delete programs to uninstall the 3.7 version. It wasn't there. It looks like Win XP is not completing the installs. I found interim files in my Temp folders. When I tried to install from those temp folders, nothing happened -- but I was able to launch 3.7.1 from the temp folders. It doesn't stay. 3.7 is still the default. So I have lots of questions. If you can answer any one or all of them, I would be in your debt. 1. Why doesn't ActiveSync show up in my add/delete list? Thanks! D

Help!
I can't believe nobody else has had this problem...
I decided to upgrade to as 3.8... the amount of balse comments like 're-install' or 'uninstall' and 'install', i thought it would be soooo easy, but no. definitely not... The only info i can find says; uninstall through add/remove software - DONE delete registry entries - DONE delete all folders to do with as - DONE (that is the folder in programs and the one in application data) remove usb lead - DONE everytime i try and install it copies the files to a TEMP folder and stalls on 92%recording error code (copy error -1) could not copy wceusbsh.cat I can't believe it's an impossible problem, but it got me stuck... Please Please Please Please Please Please Please Please Please Please help
