I sync the Inbox. All items in the Inbox on the pc are copied to the Ipaq. Over time, I move items out of the PC Inbox to other folders, or I delete the message completely. Within a few days, Activesync is syncing hundreds of items in the Inbox. Within a few weeks, the number has gotten so high, and it's taking so long, that I turn of Inbox sync. I make sure that the only folder set to sync (with a checkmark) is the Inbox. It seems like it's keeping track of everything that ever entered the Inbox.

Any ideas?

I am having the same trouble. I have been experiencing it for several months. Sometimes it sync's and other times it brings a large number of files not sychronized. Currently I have 2101 files that are not. Activesynch will lock up if I allow it to try to resolve.

I have removed all my inbox items, sync's and replaced them. This worked for several days. I have deleted all the files in the PDA folder of Inbox attachments from explore, which worked for several days.

I am looking for a way to resolve this as well.

In many years that I've been using the pocketpc, i've never found anyone that had any idea why this happens with the inbox.

My IPAQ5555 when activesyncing has found 6 files which it cannot resolve. I tell the MSActive sync to resolve these 6 conflicts, but it cannot. It still has 6 unresolved items from my inbox. Any way to find out these 6 exact items??

I have just (past couple of weeks) been stuck with '6 unresolved items' but have no idea how to get rid of the message, and yes, I have 'resolved' the inbox.

Any ideas?

Try moving all the emails out of your inbox on your PC, resyncing and then copying the messages back a few at a time to find out which ones are causing you issues.

Hi, I've posted a similar question in software forum.. I found this happend bec sync keeps the last xx days of mails... I was wondering how to only sync this one time and then only add new changes... I guess this is what is happening, deleting older than xx days mails... Am I worong?
