Activesync and notes on SD card

So I desided to move all my notes from memory to my SD card, and then synced. Looked in Outlook and all my notes were gone.

Searched around and it seems that Activesync will not sync with Outlook notes stored on a SD card!?

What!? there must be a way around this. The SD card is for storing data right? Or am I missing something?
